Dubard Studio is a digital solutions firm and a company within Verdant Holdings. This notice covers the public website and inquiries submitted through it.

- Optional timeline, referral source, and whether you are a Verdant sister enterprise
If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, those platforms process the conversation under their own terms. We use what you send so we can respond.

We use inquiry details to:

- Route Verdant sister inquiries appropriately
- Operate and improve the website and our services

How forms are processed
Contact form submissions are processed through our hosting provider (Netlify Forms). Access is limited to people who need it to respond. We keep submissions only as long as needed for the inquiry and ordinary business records.
